The Department of Languages organised a curriculum revision workshop on 30th and 31st of July 2020 at KDU Clubhouse, as part of its endeavour to constantly increase the quality of the programmes it offers. The resource person of the workshop was Dr. Bimali Indrarthne from the University of York, UK. English lecturers from the Department including the lecturers from the KDU Southern Wing and the panel of visiting staff as well as lecturers from affiliated military academies were present. The event was a great platform for all the academics to learn, share knowledge and launch a collaborative process of revising the curricula to be on par with modern teaching and learning trends of EAP and ESP.
