Students of BA in TESOL degree programme (Intake 38) conducted two English Language Camps at Kandawala M.V. , Ratmalana and St. Clare Girls’ School, Colombo – 06 on the 07th of October 2022. These language improvement camps were conducted to enhance the English language skills of Grade 8 and 9 pupils of both the schools. The pupils of the two schools got the language exposure throughout the programme and the camps were conducted to the entire satisfaction of the school authority of both the schools.
The principals of both the schools requested to conduct more programmes of the same nature which highlighted the success and the necessity of conducting such programmes. The undergraduates maintained the expected professional standards of teachers, and the knowledge and the skills they gained during the academic sessions were displayed during the Language Camp.
