INITIAL SUBMISSION CHECKLIST

The corresponding author must provide the following:

One author has been identified as the corresponding author and has provided us the following contact information:
• E-mail Address
• Postal address

The following files have been uploaded:

Manuscript:

• Two copies of the manuscript must be uploaded, one document must be stripped of all identifying information, and the second must include identifying information.
• Keywords should be included.
• Complete Figures (include relevant captions).
• All of the tables (including titles, description, footnotes).
• Check that all figure and table citations in the text correspond to the files that were given.
• Indicate whether any figures in print should be coloured (where applicable).

Additional considerations

• The manuscript has been 'grammar checked' and ‘spell checked'.
• The text cites all sources listed in the Reference List, and vice versa.
• The word limit for the manuscript is 10000 words.
• One document has been stripped of all identifying information, including the file name.
• Copyrighted content from other sources has been used with permission (including the Internet).
• Complete and email the "Author Declaration Form" along with your manuscript.
