Faculty of Management, Social Sciences and Humanities (FMSH) introduced the concept of conducting Knowledge Sharing Sessions (KSS) for the purpose of providing a platform for sharing knowledge and experience among the faculty members. The third KSS was held on 18 July 2023 at the faculty premises. Ms. DD Lokuge shared her thoughts on Bibliometric Analysis with R Package. Ms. Lokuge explained the vitality of using this package especially for novice researchers. It enabled the audience to recognize trending topics, and publications relating to past and forecasted future of those topics. At the meantime she explained that this type of analysis could assist to identify relevant authors in the field of study. At the end of her presentation, the participants engaged themselves in a Q & A session.
