Faculty of Management, Social Sciences and Humanities (FMSH) introduced the concept of conducting Knowledge Sharing Sessions (KSS) for the purpose of providing a platform for sharing knowledge and experience among the faculty members. The sixth KSS was held on 14 September 2023 at the faculty premises. Dr. BDK Anandawansa shared her thoughts on ‘The Power of Unlearning’. Dr. Anandawansa explained the importance and the methods of ‘unlearning’ to achieve personal and professional goals through allowing individuals and organizations to adapt to new circumstances, embrace change, and remain relevant in an ever-evolving world. At the end of her presentation, the participants engaged themselves in a Q & A session. Dean FMSH expressed her thanks to Dr. Anandawansa for her presentation and to Dr. Sharic for organizing the event.
