[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The seventh lecture of the Short Course on “Cultural Linkages towards an Asian Ideology” was delivered by Dr. Lakshika Liyanage on “Gender Perspective in Community Development: The Role of Asian Women” on 7th January 2021 from 1500 to 1635 via Zoom.

Dr. Lakshika Liyanage is currently the Director of the Center for Gender Equity and Equality at the General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (KDU) and a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Social Sciences of the Faculty of Management, Social Sciences and Humanities of KDU, where she has formerly served as the Head of the Department.
